Outdoor patio furniture sets usually consist of a table and matching chairs. Manufactured from solid wood, they have a classic shape, or if they are made of light metal or plastic, then they are modern and in strict lines. A large umbrella is often in a set. Wood is still the best quality material for the manufacture of garden furniture, but it requires constant maintenance to prevent rot. This primarily refers to furniture made of soft wood, which should be treated with antiseptics or painted.
